- Be aware of and monitor CCP (Critical Control Points) on food temperature and refrigeration.
- Ensure all kitchen staff are up to date with ServSafe Certifications (and any other food handling certifications we deem necessary)
- Assist the Chef in activities that ensure that equipment and dishes are cleaned, sanitized and ready to prepare and serve food.
- Participate in maintaining inventory levels, including food and non-food items in dry storage, refrigerated fresh foods and frozen foods.
About you:
- You are excited about providing meals that include real, local organic and artisanal ingredients.

- You have experience preparing high-quality meals for a larger number of people at once (restaurant, catering, or other similar experience).
- You have experience meeting various dietary needs and enjoy curating delicious menus without common food intolerances, allergies, and restrictions (dairy, gluten, omega-6’s etc.)
- You are open to learning and growing your skill set.
- You believe in AndHealth’s values and are passionate about your health.
- You are willing to go above and beyond to provide the best experience possible for your teammates.
- You are excited by the opportunity to partner alongside an accomplished, highly-qualified chef.

- You are excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team.
- You look forward to being valued as an integral member of an incredible team.
About Us:
- We are invested in improving the lives of patients and we’re equally invested and supportive of our people.
