The Vice President of Marketing will oversee AndHealth’s full marketing function, developing go-to-market strategies across critical audiences including patients, community health centers (CHCs), healthcare providers (HCPs), and payers/insurance companies. This leader will build and manage a high-performing team responsible for patient, provider, payer, partnership, brand, campaign, and commercial marketing efforts.

Success in this role requires both strategic leadership and a willingness to build and scale marketing capabilities in a rapidly evolving organization.

The VP of Marketing will report directly to the SVP of Patient Access and Strategic Partnerships and will play a central role in accelerating AndHealth's growth and impact. 


What You’ll Do

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and own an integrated, multi-audience marketing strategy spanning patients, CHCs, HCPs, and payers.
  • Lead AndHealth’s brand strategy and creative direction across digital platforms, web presence, social media, campaigns, and creative assets.
  • Translate company and commercial objectives into clear, measurable marketing plans with defined KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the SVP and cross-functional executive stakeholders.

Patient Marketing

  • Build and execute patient acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Champion health equity by developing culturally relevant messaging and outreach that reaches underserved and diverse patient populations.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize patient journey touchpoints and campaign performance.

CHC, HCP, and Clinical Marketing

  • Design and lead marketing programs that drive awareness, education, and referral among physicians, specialists, and care teams.
  • Develop compelling clinical and scientific messaging that aligns with Medical Affairs guidance and reflects the evidence base for AndHealth's programs.
  • Partner closely with the partnerships team to develop tools, resources, and campaigns that support field execution and provider engagement.

Payer & Market Access Marketing

  • Develop marketing strategies and materials targeted at payers, health plans, and employer groups to support coverage, contracting, and partnership goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate AndHealth's value proposition through health-economic and outcomes-focused narratives.
  • Support the development of payer-facing materials including value dossiers, case studies, and presentations.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with the Care  team to ensure all marketing content and messaging is clinically accurate and compliant.
  • Work in tight alignment with the Sales team to develop integrated marketing-to-sales workflows and enable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure marketing strategies are grounded in patient and provider insights.
 

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other business related field. 
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in healthcare, life sciences, or a related industry, with at least 2–5 years in a senior marketing leadership role managing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise developing and executing HCP (healthcare provider) marketing programs, including messaging strategy, content development, and channel execution.
  • Strong track record of consumer marketing, including digital marketing, campaign management, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams to align marketing strategy with commercial execution.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing marketing teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  •  Excellent communicator with strong executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
 

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Deep experience in patient and/or consumer marketing within pharmaceutical, biotech specialty care, or other highly regulated healthcare environemnts, including familiarity with regulatory considerations for promotional content (e.g., FDA, OPDP guidelines).
  • Experience at a high-growth healthcare technology or value-based care company.
  • Familiarity with chronic disease management, specialty therapeutics, or population health programs.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and scale a multidisciplinary marketing organization, including internal team members and external agency partners.
