We are looking for a Rheumatologist that will be a compassionate and team-oriented physician, dedicated to helping us build our rheumatology program and provide care to our federally qualified health center (FQHC) partners across the country.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Provide outpatient and virtual clinical care at multiple FQHC sites.
  • Diagnose and treat patients with musculoskeletal diseases, systemic autoimmune conditions, and rheumatic diseases.

Education & Licensure Requirements:

  • Must hold an MD/DO degree.
  • Board-certified/board-eligible rheumatologist.
  • Must have completed both an ACGME-accredited Residency Program and a rheumatology fellowship from an ACGME-accredited program.
  • Unrestricted Ohio license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Active DEA certification.
  • Willing to obtain licenses in multiple states.
  • There is no hospital/ER call required.
  • Does not require the administration of infusion medications.

Additional Requirements: 
  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months.
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity.
  • Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving.
  • Hep B3 Series. 
  • (Flu) Influenza required.  
  • COVID Vaccine required.
  • Additional health requirements may also be required.
